The object of Eden is to give full personal attention to each client and in all cases a representative from Eden will visit the client to gain local knowledge on taxation, employment regulations, local transportation and accommodation. Together with the clients the subjects of S.M.S, working hours rotation leave periods and tooling requirements will be discussed. Knowledge will be requested from the client for minimum qualifications and experience requested for licence approval by the local Civil Aviation Authority. All supporting ‘current on type’ documentation will be supplied by Eden Aviation in the form requested and this will be forwarded to the client. In addition to this Eden will provide a Mission Order to be used by the client in obtaining visas. Each contract is negotiated with the client and is normally charged on a fixed daily basis, regardless of hours worked. Accommodation and local transportation is normally supplied by the client, however this can be arranged by Eden if specifically requested.

For most permanent staff placements involving ex-pats., a trial period of 3 months is normally made on a contract basis. Subsequently, the personnel transfer to the clients payroll should a mutually acceptable employment contract be produced.
